Return And Refund Policy

At Angel Wing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns or provide refunds in cases of manufacturing defects or damage. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions :
● The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
● The item is in its original, unused condition with all tags intact.
● Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been worn or used, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage
2. Return Process
To initiate a return :

Provide your order number and a clear description of the defect or damage.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
● After we inspect the returned item(s) and confirm the manufacturing defect or damage.
● Therefund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered for items that are not defective or damaged. However, in case of a manufacturing defect or damage, we will provide a replacement if available.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
● Contact us immediately at care@angelwing.shop with photos of the damage and your order details.
● Wewill arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
● Items that have been worn or used.
● Items not in their original condition or packaging.
● Products that are not defective or damaged.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:
● Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
